Summary Administration

  • Decedent died more than 2 years ago,

or

  • Non-exempt estate assets do not exceed $75,000.

  • Decedent died less than 2 years ago.

or

  • Value of non-exempt estate assets are more than $75,000.

or

  • A personal representative is needed to obtain information about certain assets or to sue on behalf of the estate.
